I don't know much about Korean society. Maybe, I don't know much about human society, either. In Korea, some groups are trying to look nicer than they really are. For example, they advertise that their labor policy is family-friendly and so, they do respect every Wednesday as Family's Day. And on Family's Day, all employees are supposed to leave the office at 18:00, for the sake of having a good time with family. However, what is really happening is different. Most of workers don't leave the office at 18:00 on Family's Day. Instead, they work till 20:00 or 21:00, for they have plenty of work to do. I wish I had no Family's Day! If there is no such thing as Family's Day, I wouldn't be unhappy, while working at night on Family's Day. Advertising something unreal is unethical!(25'44")

These days, my biggest change is that I became a student again. I go to the graduate school of Kookmin University, every Saturday. My course is the leadership and coaching MBA, and so I will get a master's degree of business administration in two years. In fact, I have had a deep interest in leadership for about 10 years, since I met the military leadership in the U.S. Army. To lead a man is a hard thing, for a man is an intelligent being! So, most of cases in leadership are either about deceiving others or about seducing them. We just have to apply different decoys to different people.(31'29")

In the morning, I drove my car for about half an hour. I ran my Chevrolet Cruze in the Yeouido area, at a speed of 60 kilometers an hour. During the driving, I suddenly changed my lane, for I wanted to go straight, though my car was in the left turn lane. I just took the wrong lane, about 20 seconds ago. But my sudden change alarmed a car, which was moving fast in the straight lane. The driver honked at me, angrily! I felt very sorry for my mistake. I didn't know that the car was that fast! Next time, I will never change my lane suddenly. (28'56")

Finally, I was assigned to visit Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam, from Nov 2 to Nov 6. During my business trip, I have to supervise KFA, so that they can run the Korean Pavilion of VIETSF 2011 successfully. VIETSF 2011 is an international franchise show arranged by COEX of South Korea. Since Vietnamese economy is growing rapidly every year, it would be a good opportunity to invest big money in Korean restaurant franchises which are about to open their own stores in Vietnam. While I am staying in Ho Chi Minh, I will visit some local Korean restaurants and see how popular Korean food is among Vietnamese people. (25'56")

These days, I take a nap during the daytime on weekends. Actually, what I take is not a short nap but a long sleep. Due to the accumulation of severe fatigue during the weekdays, I had to spend most of my time on the recovery from tiredness. Two weeks in a row, I missed my Saturday-Japanese class at "aT center". Instead, I slept almost till noon. Sometimes, I have a question about my condition during the weekends. Is it a simple tiredness or a symptom from a depression? At my company, I often have a lot of things to do with no right to make any decisions. That makes me feel helpless! (28'00")

I know that one's career is built on the accumulation of his or her small experiences. But, sometimes, I become skeptical about my success at "aT". These days, my superiors usually make me do very trivial things such as picking up company car keys, shredding old papers, and collecting small data about team crews. They call me "Seomoo", which means "errand boy" or someone like that. Of course, I didn't sign for that! I mean I didn't join this company to be an errand boy! Due to the poor reputation of my university, I don't get a chance to do something important! That's what my inner voice tells me, repeatedly. (20'00")

These days, I don't spend money on unnecessary things such as movie tickets, snacks, and coffee. Instead, I save money to achieve my financial goal : to save half a million dollars. When it is deposited in a bank, half a million dollars can give me the least monthly keep, which is one million won, every month. And, when I become the owner of half a million, I will quit my job in order to study! Actually, I want to study more about human nature, leadership, communication and so on, in a university. Also, I want to get a doctorate degree in my field, which is uncertain right now. (28'17")

I think that those who live a boring life succeed in life, in the end! For example, people who spend less money on their leisure will be richer than those who spend more. There are really good things which look boring at first. First, eating healthy foods looks boring, compared to eating fancy foods which are usually sweet and greasy. Also, walking looks more boring than driving. What about music? Listening to classical music is thought to be a tedious thing, in the age of K-pop. Today, I decide to lead a boring life, till I become a millionaire! But, I will live an interesting life, after I become rich, in order to help poor people earn some money. (35'28")

Life is easy, if you give up your excessive greed! That's what I thought, when I was in the bus heading for home. For example, to save one million won is very hard, but what about saving one thousand won? To save one thousand won today is very easy, for one can see and touch the money! And, if you accumulate those daily successes, you will soon be able to make a big success in life. So, I will focus on what I can do today, instead of what can be done throughout my life. Only things I can see and touch right now make me do something, I think. (29'07")

I really need to lose some weight! During the last three months, I gained about 5 kilograms, through eating sweet and greasy foods, such as waffles with syrup! Those foods were for date, and when my ex-girlfriend left me, they became fat in my body, like a souvenir. Now, in order to meet a new lady, I am going to lose at least 5 kilograms. Losing some weight is also a part of my preparation for the near future. Fat in belly usually causes hypertension and diabetes. By losing some weight, I will lead a healthy and happy life throughout the rest of my time.(26'06")
